Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer

Cannot load letter size paper without getting a paper jam, as there is no way of securing that size paper in the feed tray. I have used masking tape to hold the back of the tray in place but that makes the tray useless for other sizes of paper.  Are there other trays available.  I did not find any locally (usa) .
