Hello,
Yesterday, I encountered a paper jam issue with my Officejet 200 after replacing the new ink cartridges. I unfortunately attempted to remove the paper but tor it at both ends, ending up with the middle section of the paper still stuck in the machine. I then tried to shut the machine down and to see if the machine could spit the remaining paper out, but the machine cannot even shut down. It is only displaying the shutting down message with the horizontal bar. I have also tried to follow the following advice but with no success.
Request you perform a hard reset on the printer by following the procedure mentioned below.
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE:
HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for any service options available for your printer.
Therefore, what can I do to resolve this issue?
Thank you.

Update: I have now been able to restart the printer. Now the printer's dial-up box has found the paper jam, it still cannot spit it out, and I cannot remove the remaining stuck pieces of leftover paper. Please advise on what I should do next. Thank you.
