Pro 8210 printer will print only if tray completely full. It will only pick up 4 or 5 sheets before it fails to pick up more sheets in the print process. The sheet will be pulled half way out of the tray when I stop to fix it.

I see that the printer is picking only 4-5 sheets of paper from the input tray. Perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your computer.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
