HP Recommended

I have not been able to print for several weeks now.  I keep receiving a print jam error and when I've followed the instructions, by turning off, then on...remove cartridges, check for actual jams, I can't seem to find the issue.  I've had the printer since 2019, but surely they last longer as it doesn't get tons of usage.  I don't want to purchase a new printer if I don't have to.  Any help would be appreciated.
