Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I have some 110lb card stock, and when I load one sheet into the printer and attempt to print, the printer will not print it. I get an “Out Of Paper” error. I don’t have a thick paper option or card stock in my paper options either. I’m running MacOS Ventura 13.0.1. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I understand that your printer is not printing on 110lb card stock, I am glad to assist you.

Follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to create a custom paper size and print on cards:- Click here
