Everything works fine apart from the feature Double Side printing. Although being enabled the feature doesn't work at all since upgrading the firmware (currently running is this version which is also the fresher one) MANHTNPP1N002.2313A00
Tried forcing the setting through device settings, tried while printing from within the applications to no avail.
Any clue or do i need to ship it back as being yet under warranty coverage?

Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your OfficeJet 9010 not printing double-siddouble sided. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove the USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till the warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
Update the printer firmware
- Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your product
- Click here to know different methods of updating the printer firmware.
- click here and follow the troubleshooting steps Print on both sides of the paper with an HP printer

Hi and thanks, actually i already went through all of the procedures you enlisted and came here to see whether anyone had faced the same issue hoping to find the "magic trick".
Guess i'll have to pack the whole thing and appeal for a warranty repair. Of course i regret the fact since all of the printer features are working but that one.
