@tince, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Do you get any errors while trying to print?

To know how to load the media in the input tray, refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, Envelopes

To check the supported paper size and types, refer to Printer Specifications for HP OfficeJet Pro 6900 Printers

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

@Jose2006, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Are you using the HP Officejet Pro 6975 printer?

What type and size of photo paper are you using?

Did you check the printer specifications if the photo paper you are using is supported by the printer?

To know how to load the media in the input tray, refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, Envelopes

Keep me posted.

@Jose2006

According to the printer specifications, this printer only supports photo papers up to 250 g/m².

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
