Have cleared jams from all areas and still jams with every attempt to print on regular printer paper. Tray correctly secured and only about half full. Never had issues before but reconnected it after moving things around and now will not cooperate. Please help 😭

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are getting paper jam errors in spite of doing multiple troubleshooting steps.

Did you clean the paper feed rollers?

If not, follow these steps to fix the issue.

Clean the rollers inside the ink cartridge access area.

WARNING:

To avoid risk of injuries or electric shock, you must disconnect the power cord before reaching inside the printer.

  1. Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the power cord.

  2. Open the front door, and then lift the ink cartridge access door.

  3. Lightly dampen a lint-free cloth with distilled or filtered water, and then squeeze any excess liquid from the cloth.

  4. Gently clean the rollers with the damp cloth.

  5. Allow the rollers to dry completely (approximately 10 minutes).

  6. Close the ink cartridge access door and front door.

  7. Reconnect the power cord, and then turn on the printer.
