HP OfficeJet Pro 8720
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have always been a big fan of HP printers, as mine have always lasted a lifetime with no issues - UNTIL NOW!  I purchased the OfficeJet Pro 8720 in 2019, it's now 2021 and I'm trying to create wedding invitations and cards using 65 lb plain card stock.  After HOURS, I'm not kidding, HOURS of updating, setting changes, reprinting, cardstock, and ink wasted - NOT including being CHARGED PER Page to print w/ insta-ink.  I stumbled upon an OLD thread from August of 2016 - YOU got it 2016 ... more than 5 years of COMPLAINTS and there are NO RESOLUTIONS!

@Ustygy found a gravity flaw with this printer.  By inserting 2 door jams under the front sides of the printer it will NOW printer flawlessly cardstock.

I find it insulting, that HP has yet to this day, July 13, 2021, resolved the issue for people who paid hundreds for their printers.  I will be definitely looking into purchasing a new printer that supports cardstock and isn't HP.  Especially since my clumpy printer looks ridiculous jacked up w/ door jams just to be able to print cardstock.
