Product: HP OfficeJet 3831 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi guys,

 

Having a bit of trouble with my HP OfficeJet 3831 All in one printer at the moment. It is currently unable to complete any print jobs due to a consistent paper jam error message.

 

Unfortunately, there is no paper actually within the machine - I have cleaned all the rollers and done everything on every other post regarding this. Due to the printer error I am unable to use my printer at all, other than to scan in documents (which is a very rare use case for me)

 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated,
