Product: officejet 6958
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have an officejet 6958 and keeping the getting the "paper jam" message. I followed all of the step to clear without succes and even did a factory reset. The problem persist and the machine is telling me to contact HP. Thoughts suggestions?
