When trying to print on card stock (65 lb paper), the last corner on the right side of the sheet is being bent on a 45 degree angle creating a double crease at the corner.  The larger crease measures 3/4" the smaller crease measures approx. 1/4".  Has anyone experienced this and know how to remedy the problem?

I determined that the problem was not with the printer but the paper itself.  The corners of the first 20 sheets loaded into the printer were already damaged in the way that was described in the post.  I verified that it was not a printer feed problem by printing a couple of undamaged sheets without issues.
