Product: Officejet Pro 8610
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

The paper tray won't insert completely into the printer.  Gets stuck with about 2" further to go.

Hi @BonnieLee1 ,

 

1. Please check if the Paper Tray Extender is pushed and push back to close the extender.

 

 

2.  Insert back again the Paper Tray.

 

3.   Review the steps in the next video on how to push the Paper Tray Extender.
