Product: Officejet Pro 9010

I am trying to remove my paper jam. I can't lift up the cartridge access door. The left side is lose but something inside the right side (near power button) is stuck. Does anyone face the same problem? I have read some of the threads but couldn't find the answer to this problem. Thanks in advance!

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
