Product: HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer - C311a

Paper pick up rollers bot working, inside was an ink mess. Reset, default, calibrated, cleaned rollers; visible ink gunk under printer head to right of hardware, visible in gears, do I need to replace paper pick up part? All in one 7510

Hi, @Goonie503 Try to clean the printhead of the printer. I was getting the same issue with my Officejet 9015 because I did a mess with the ink. And my printer got paper jamming. Cleaning printhead may help you because it helped me too.
