Hi - My printer is giving a jam error (Jam in Output Bin) after it completes every print job. There is no paper  jam anywhere in the printer.    I have reset to default settings,  updated the firmware,  and unplugged the power cord from  the machine and at the wall  and waited  for 60 seconds to plug  back in.

Not sure what I am missing.

Thanks in advance for any help.

A couple of possibilities:

1- the paper size set on the printer does not match the actual loaded paper. For instance, if you had legal paper in the tray and you had the printer settings for letter, the sensors will trip for too long and the printer thinks there is a jam.

2 - If the pickup roller is worn it can cause delayed feeding which can trigger a jam error as well.
