Why do I need to register to a community and go through all these loops to get any service. I reported a paper jam and asked to cancel my ink. I have only received ink once and have been charged for a year plus every time I try to reach support I never get help on top of that I’m being charged to cancel without any cartridges being sent to me this printer has been a nightmare and service almost criminal how do they not have any humans to help
