Product: HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Envy 5540 is displaying paper jam error message.  There are no paper jams in the printer, verified, so appears to be a software issue.   Tried resetting, powering off and on to no avail.
