PAPER JAM ISSUE

HI SIR, In our printer paper jam issue comes again and again.

But i had verified any paper jam is not jam in printer

what is the solution for that.

i need a technical support for this problem

Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.

Clear jammed paper from the printer

• Paper jams can occur in multiple areas of the printer. If you cannot find the paper jam in one area, continue to the next area until the jam is located.

Description

1 Input tray area

2 Inside the printer

3 Rear of the printer

4 Document feeder

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be a hardware issue.
