Product: HP ODFFICE JET PRO 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every week when the mu Office Jet Pro 6978  goes through the maintenance routine, it always has about 9 or 10 paper jams before it is done this test. Is this normal or what? It is just frustrating to sit there and keep pulling paper out of the printer to keep the test going. I know ir has to be done. Thank You for your help.

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Also follow the instructions in Step 3 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05079673 to clean the Paper Rollers
