HP Recommended

My printer does not seem to pick up paper correctly. The writing prints slanted on the document and the top of the pages are cut off. I have cleaned the printer heads, cleaned the printer smear. The only thing that has shown is there is an alignment problem. However my printer cannot finish an alignment test and just says alignment failure after trying.
