EVERYTIME  it runs out of paper and i reload it, it still says OUT OF PAPER, and WILL NOT PRINT!!!!!  Seems to be a common problem for lots of people, but it is very frustrating trying to run a business and cannot print invoices. This printer was expensive and not even a year old, and has been NOTHING but trouble from day ONE!!!!

Is the printer itself saying out of paper or is this a message on the computer?

 

Common issue for networked printers if they are installed using a WSD port for the driver. Has NOTHING to do with the printer, it is a failure of MicroSoft WSD to detect when an error condition has cleared on a printer. Better choice to configure the driver with a Standard TCP/IP port.

 

Above is a guess as you failed to provide enough details for me to know how you have your printer configured or even what printer you have.
