I just set up a brand new Envy 6455e. After a dozen or so attempts, it has not been able to print a single page successfully. Each time the paper gets jammed in the exact same location. I have done the following for troubleshooting:

  • Powered printer off and back on (x2).
  • Checked every single nook and cranny, including underneath printer and removing the paper path cover. I have insured proper replacement of paper path cover.
  • Each time I clear the stuck paper the same jam occurs again.
  • Attempted to update firmware two times but failed.

Please help! The utter absurdity that is modern day printing is starting to get to me.
