HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem: The Paper feed of the printer is not working. What I have seen is the paper feed is not rolling. Anybody have an Idea to fix it. I have tried all the instructions in the video provided by HP.  At last, it says to contact a service person.

It is 5+ years old and there is no guarantee.
