Product: HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer - H711n

I have followed each troubleshooting solution given 4x over and I can still not get " No Paper" notification of the printer even when there is paper.

I understand that you are having issues with the feed issue. 

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be a hardware issue.  

 

However, try updating the firmware. Click here
