Product: HP Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have been printing photos on a new HP Smart Tank Plus 555 printer using Canson infinity textured photo paper. After about 20 successful prints the printer will no longer draw this rather thick paper through the printer . The paper is 310g/M2.

 

Does anyone have any tips as to how I can fix this problem.

@JohnS48, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try printing on a regular paper and check if that works to check the hardware functionality of the printer.

 

Check if this type of paper is supported by the printer - Product Specifications for the HP Smart Tank Plus 555 Printer (1TJ12A)
