Product: HP Color laserjet 5550 dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a HP COLOR LASERJET 5550 DN PRINTER, that give me a Paper Jam Error 13.01.00.

I have changed the Draw (1) and Paper rollers and keep getting the same error code. does anyone knows what's causing this problem?

Where exactly does the jam occur and is there any TEXT on the screen besides the error code?
