I've used this printer for four years with no issues. Lately, it won't print on any paper thicker than a standard sheet of paper. I used to be able to print on cardstock, sticker paper, etc but now it says it has a paper jam and won't even pull the paper out of the tray. Any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this issue?

@CassieB803, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the printer jams the paper. Make sure you are using compatible paper. Refer to the paper-handling section on the printer specifications page.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Paper jam error
