Hi, has anyone experienced this or does anyone know how to fix this? There’s a paper jam error persisting even after the removal of jammed paper in the input tray. I also tried disconnecting power when the machine is on for 60 seconds and then reconnecting, but the problem still persisted. Help! Thanks in advance!
