Product: HP 640 Fax

Good afternoon community! 

I am receiving a paper jam error message on my fax when there is no paper in the machine.  I believe it may be a malfunction of some sort but is there a way to do a reset on this machine or somehow clear the error message?  I tried doing the old man's way and unplugging it and then plugging back in but no success.

Appreciate anyone's help!
