Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Ever since this morning, my printer will not print. It says I have a paper jam, but there is no paper jam. I have tried all of the steps listed on this page https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04367621. Now, I would like to talk to an HP agent to see if they can help me solve the problem over the phone, but I cannot figure out how to do so. If anyone has any advice on how to solve this, please let me know! I need my printer for work so I need it done ASAP. Thank you in advance!
