Product: HP LaserJet Pro M1217nfw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Laser Jet Pro M1217 nfw MFP. Paper Jam Message remains after jam is cleared. I have gone over the machine a few times and no jam remains. I've tried to disconnect from the power to reset the machine, but this doesn't work. Every time I power up I get the Paper Jam Message.
