Product: Hp envy 6032
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I have just printed a 25 page document. It printed up 21 pages and then the printer jammed. I unblocked the printer and was ready to reprint the last few pages. Before I made it back to my laptop the printer started printing again. I assumed this would be for the last few pages but it wasnt. It printed the whole thing again. Absolute waste of paper and now it's taken additional pages off my allowance, items I didn't even want to be reprinted! Is this a usual occurance?
