Product: OfficeJet 9015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Video helps that I've seen just direct to open the top, but the top on my 9015 is stuck with a latch on the left side of the top and I can't unstick it.  Any suggestions?

@Stony157, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

At the top of the printer is the Automatic document feeder. Yes, it is fixed to the printer at the left end and cannot be removed.

To resolve a paper jam issue, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error
