This engine design has one annoying flaw. If you have a fuser wrap (where a page gets wound around the fuser rollers) it is nearly impossible to see it without physically removing the fuser from the printer. There are videos on YouTube that show the procedure to remove the fuser. Examining the back of the printer with a good light may allow you to see if there is some paper inside but it can be really tough to do.
