Product: HP LaserJet Pro M118dw

Hi - My printer is showing a jam in the fuser - I've gone through all the instructions here: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c05240931 to clear the jam, but nothing works.
Each time it tries to take paper into the feed it jams again. Help!

Depending on where it jams there might be some debris causing an issue or possibly a paper guide is out of place. More details or a picture of where it is jamming would be helpful.
