Product: HP ENVY 4501 e-All-in-One Printer

Printer was out of paper - my son loaded notebook paper and attempted to print.  The Notebook paper wound completely around spool nearest ink cartridges.  I cannot pull it out as there's no way to get hold of the end of it.  Cant take the back off it, screwdriver not hex drivers will not work on screws holding bottom cover on .  Any suggestions?
