HP Recommended

I have an Office Jet Pro 8028e printer, and it keeps saying there is a paper jam but there is NO paper jam.  I can't get the message to go off even though I've turned it off and on, plugged and unplugged the power cord, etc. several times.  I can't get the print cartridge to move because the "paper jam" message keeps coming up before the cartridge can move over on it's track so I'm not sure if that could be the problem or what.  Any help with this issue would be most appreciated!
