HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

Hello,

I have a recently out-of-warranty HP Laser Jet :
HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

It has a very challenging paper jam in the rear of the printer, which I have tried and I cannot remove.
Please see the attached photos. The paper is barely poking out of the back so there is nothing to grab onto. I have tried things like tweezers and it just rips the paper. There is definitely no way to pull it out that I can tell.

What are my options? This printer is barely a year old and otherwise works great.
There is no longer HP Out of Warranty Support available so I can't even call HP.
Any help is appreciated- its been 3 months and we can't print anything.

You need to completely remove the fuser. Best option is to find a service manual online, they are out there, to see the steps to remove the fuser. In a pinch the manual for an M477 will show virtually the same steps and should help you. Use no sharp objects when removing the jam from the fuser, as there are easily damaged rollers inside.
