Whenever I cancel a print, the paper gets pulled inside the printer and gets crumbled and jammed. what is the reason and how to solve it?

I see that you are facing issues with your HP Smart Tank 530 Wireless All-In-One wherein the paper gets jammed when you cancel the print job.

  

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this Link 


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.
