Hi,

I've been trying for the longest time to clear a paper jam error on my printer. There's no jam. Seems to be a software issue. Reinstalled drivers, brought it to an "Authorized HP technician". No luck. Sometimes it prints, others it won't. As we speak it's not working. Frustrated and can't reach HP anywhere.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

@infomed, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print due to a false paper jam error. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error

If the error persists, let us try to perform an NVRAM reset on the printer

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
