Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey guy's,  I hope someone can giveme some insite because this issue is driving me crazy!  I had a document jam in my printer, which I removed but since then the printer has continued to state there is "still a Paper Jam.

I have remved ALL compartments where this can occur. I have checked over the printer, turnes off printer, turned off @ power point & wiated 5 min before turning back on. I have watched numerous video's on checking for paper jam issues, but to no avail.

Any other suggestions of what I may need to do to rectify this issue?
