Paper Jammer
03-10-2021 01:18 PM - edited 03-10-2021 01:47 PM

My printer stopped working at night in the morning, it makes me think that it has a jammed paper, but I checked everywhere but it doesn't have any jammed paper and I don't know what to do. It turns on and the touchscreen works fine, only it tells me that it has paper that has already been stored when it does not have it, and from that notification it does not let me do anything else. Please help me. My printer is for wifi and bluetooh, it worked fine but not now. I just didn't have ink and when I went to change it I had a piece of paper inside, not jammed, I took it out but it still appears on the screen that a paper is jammed. The printer work with IOS and MacOS Big Sur very well. So I don’t know why it’s happening this.

Hi @AloneDrs,
If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
