Product: Envy Pro 6455

Every time I try to print 2 sided on my Envy Pro 6455, the paper crumples or jams on the second side of printing

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Step 1: Automatically clear the jam
  • Step 2: Clear jammed paper from the printer
  • Step 3: Clean the paper feed rollers
  • Step 4: Reset the printer
  • Click here to complete the troubleshooting steps.
