Paper Shredding

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ever since I joined the ink program, my printer shreds every print. I literally haven’t been able to print one time without a paper jam. My warranty has expired, apparently.  Am I just supposed to buy a new printer? 

I’ve tried all the troubleshooting, power cycles, cleaning the feeder wheels in the printer and in the back, and of course clearing the paper jams.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
