Product: Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The little plastic piece that stops a paper from falling to the ground from the printer has broken. We can't figure out how to fix it so that it can still close in order to add paper to the drawer underneath. We have several 950/951 ink cartridges left, so we are hoping to fix this one. Any suggestions?

The part is not customer replaceable. This is hardware damage.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
