OfficeJet 250 Mobile all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have the OfficeJet 250 all in one printer and it is longer recognizing when the paper tray is loaded. I have tried over and over again to load the paper in this very easy and simple printer and it is not recognizing any type of paper. This problem did not exist when I first purchased the printer and began happening all of a sudden. I have changed the paper type, made sure it was clean and dry. I have turned off the computer, reset the printer, checked the tray settings in the printer settings and properties. Nothing is working. I have not even owned this thing one year and if it is broken already I am going to be quite disappointed because I literally did nothing different. I can't get through to a technician because they make it so hard to talk to someone on the website and the virtual assistant is not helpful. Of course after more than enough attempts I am frustrated and seeking support from  this community as a last resort before the landfill.

Hi @IndyRes,

I'd like to help!

Try the below suggestions -

  1. Check the paper, and then reload it
  2. Clean the paper pick rollers
  3. Reset the printer

Refer -An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
