Product: HP Officejet Pro 9020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer wont recognize the paper tray 1. (the tray also doesn't pop up like it used to when adding paper to it.) Paper tray 2 prints but not correctly! It will print with half of page cut off! Each page gets worse as you go on to print! 

Prior to thiss happening I kept getting REPEATED page jam or load paper errors.

 

Pleas help me!!

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Are you getting any error messages?
