Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Inadvertently removed drawer when loading paper.  Will insert about 1" and stops.  Will not go in any further.  There must be a (hidden) tip or trick somewhere?  Can anyone please assist?  No paper jams - area is free of any and all foreign objects.

You likely have tray set in legal mode. https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8610-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5367603/model...
