Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

The paper cover on my printer is stuck. I was fixing a jam and the paper cover wouldn't close correctly. I finally thought it had but now I can't get the lid up (keeping the scanner down) and the printer won't even shut down without me pulling the plug now.
